Technical Assistance for Social Forestry Project Development in Ketapang District, Indonesia

Tropenbos Indonesia is facilitating four villages in Ketapang to develop social forestry projects funded by Rimba Collective. TLLG provided technical assistance to Tropenbos Indonesia and the villages communities of Sungai Pelang, Sungai Besar, Pematang Gadung, and Pangkalan Telok to prepare a project for certification under the Climate, Community and Biodiversity (CCB) Standards.

The technical assistance involved working closely with Tropenbos Indonesia and the project village communities to carry out information gathering and participatory planning activities information required for the CCB Project Description.
